What we calibrate
All types of trials machinery, across every stage:
- Sowing: seed rate, metering and depth on plot drills and seeders
- Spraying: nozzle output, boom distribution and forward speed on plot sprayers
- Fertilising: output rate and spread pattern on granular and liquid applicators
- Harvesting: weighing, moisture and sampling systems on plot harvesters
How a visit works
We come to your site, test each machine against the targets in your protocols, and adjust anything out of tolerance. Every reading is recorded, so you finish the visit with a report that shows what was measured, what was changed and what the machine now delivers.
When to calibrate
Before each season as a minimum, and again whenever you change product, rate, nozzles or plot layout. Many teams book a pre-season visit and pair it with operator training so the same checks can be repeated in-house.
